Give us a call: (843) 671- 4484. We will arrange to visit your home for a free initial consultation during which we will go over the following:
Meet with you and your pet(s)
Get written details about your pet(s) routine
Discuss any special needs your pet(s) may have as well as a brief pet history
Complete a service agreement with veterinary information and care authorization. Please note: Vet charges will be charged back to you.
Pick up a key to your home which will be safeguarded in a key safe
Discuss any extra services that you are interested in having us provide so that we can fully accommodate your needs
Given the opportunity to care for your pet(s), we would ask you to please notify us upon your return or completion of services. We will return your key and ensure that you are completely satisfied. As an added convenience, you may choose to safeguard your key on a permanent basis? Then, we would require just a phone call in the future.
